The biggest news this week is without a doubt that Facebook is changing its name to Meta, making it clear that they are serious about becoming a Metaverse company. Whether they will succeed, only time will tell. But one thing they have already managed to do is to add the word Metaverse to the dictionary of the mainstream population. And that is perhaps the biggest step forward in the future of the Metaverse.
